The food is always fresh here and there is a extremely large selection, especially during peak hours from 5:30 p.m.

As a buffet it is one of the best in the area. King's wok gave me diarrhea. Also, the environment was not good, and the food was mid. The service was decent, but it is a buffet so there isn't much to base it on.
In the end, i would not eat at shitty wok, and go eat at someplace better.
